Returns and Withdrawal
Information on returns and withdrawal for your order. Convenience translation – the German version prevails.
Our online exhibition systems area is aimed exclusively at businesses. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply. Statutory rights in respect of defects and breaches of duty remain unaffected.
Voluntary returns of standard products
For standard products that are not custom-made or printed, we voluntarily grant a right of return within ten working days of receipt (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the provider’s registered seat). Please notify us of the return by email at hallo@doerr-concept.de within this period and dispatch the goods within the same period; timely dispatch is sufficient. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We will give you the return address. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect.
Excluded products
Custom-made or printed products are excluded from the voluntary right of return. Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
Defects and transport damage
Please report any visible damage and quantity discrepancies promptly by email to hallo@doerr-concept.de and, if possible, attach photos. Please also note transport damage on the delivery note upon receipt where possible. This request does not create any additional cut-off period and does not limit your statutory rights in respect of defects.
