Returns and Withdrawal
Information on returns and withdrawal for your order. Convenience translation – the German version prevails.
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at businesses. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply.
Returns of standard products
Standard products may be returned within 10 working days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please notify us of the return in advance by email at hallo@doerr-concept.de. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Excluded products
Custom-made or printed products as well as third-party products cannot be returned.
Complaints
Please report discrepancies in quantity or scope of delivery within 10 working days, and transport damage within 3 working days of receipt, by email to hallo@doerr-concept.de. Please attach photos and note any damage on the delivery note upon acceptance.
